after pregnancy my face is dull and dark. my skin is dry..plz suggest what cream I used??

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. after pregnancy the skin gets dull due to lack of proper nutrition due to baby feeding and lack of sleep so try to cover up these things and also along with these you can have regular oil massage for 3 to 5 days once in a month for about 2 to 3 months which is very beneficial

Who is the Care normally happen with women do to hormonal change that they grew to doing the pregnancy time in pigmentation is also very common problem with a lot of women after they deliver so I would definitely recommend you one time to check with your doctor will be able to help me with right kind of clarity in terms of treatment and medication
