i want to use menstrual cup but unable to insert in vagina. i have slso watched youtuble but it is not useful. kindly suggest how to insert it in vagina.

ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. it's better to take help once consult your gynaecologist for routine check up and do as advised by your gynaecologist. in case you can't go now then prefer using disposable pads

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi to insert the cup well , first wash your hands and clean it . Tightly fold cup in half , holding it in one hand with the rim facing up . Insert the cup , rim up into your vagina like you would tampon without an applicator . it should sit a few inches Below your cervix . once the cup is in your vagina , rotate it
