I want to know the reason behind not giving salt to babies under 1 year

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician1 Year agoA. You can give but in very small quantity to the baby and it’s not completely no to give salt and sugar to the baby but keep it very less take care

A lot of doctors believe that giving salt and sugar can make a child hyperactive but actually a lot of doctors do suggest all so totally your choice what do you want to go ahead with my doctor suggested me to use salt so I did never face the problem as you can check with your doctor and go ahead with what they suggest
