ExpertArchanaNutritionist4 years agoA. dear mom, its important to have a balanced diet in order to get all the nutrients as there is one particular food which will help in brain development. its combination of all food groups . so include whole grain, dals and pulses, milk and milk products, seasonal fruits and vegetables, nuts and oil seeds, ghee etc.
avoid processed and packaged foods
give small and frequent meals.
