Q.

I want to improve my breast milk supply even though I am using lactare tablets I am finding fluctuations result. can anyone help me in improving my milk supply and my baby is 1 month 15 days old

A. You can start taking sharavari kalp from dhootpapeshwar pharmacy truce a day after meals and massage your breast towards nipped and keep feeding the baby drink atleast two litres of water in a day eat nutritious diet
