Q.
I want to ask that I'm facing less milk supply for breast-feeding to my baby. I'm not able to feed her properly. she less feeds mine and on formula milk. I'm so worried about her health.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. hello. if your milk is not sufficient for ur baby than formual milk is good option..Formula is better as it is made similar to breast milk.
You should always talk with your doctor before giving any formulas by own.

Thanks for your concern.
I breast-feed my baby girl for too long like about 1 hour or more and again and again I tried every time but I have noticed that this isn't enough for her and she left hungry at last..

mam ,first thing , though you have low milk supply ,I advise to offer more and more breastfeeds because the more your child latches, the more milk is produced.
massage your breasts with coconut oil which will help to increase your breastmilk supply.
I would advise to take leptadin tablet or shatavary granular with warm milk twice in a day for this.
