I want diet chart for 1 week pregnancy

A. continue the schedule as before so that your body is well adjusted .During pregnancy it is always advisable to have your normal routine foods and include more of sprouted grains along with green leafy vegetables and adequate water intake which helps maintain good health Do have regular daily walking

A. in first month of your pregnancy it is always advisable that u intake folate rich food like eggs , brocolli,beans ,green leafy vegetables folate rich food is good for baby growth development ,all seasonal fruits . milk and milk products ..precautions you should not eat thoes food which your body can not tolerate . avoid pack food , junk food

A. But there is no diet chart for pregnancy you should eat everything healthy that you’ve been eating till now I am very specifically mentioning healthy avoid having more of junk food or any of these things which would be considered unhealthy so you should only stick to healthy diet you can include all vegetarian and non-vegetarian food into your diet not a problem
