But there is no diet chart for pregnancy you should eat everything healthy that you’ve been eating till now I am very specifically mentioning healthy avoid having more of junk food or any of these things which would be considered unhealthy so you should only stick to healthy diet you can include all vegetarian and non-vegetarian food into your diet not a problem
