Hi Ma'am. Kindly suggest diet chart for me. I conceived last week. I want healthy diets during pregnancy.

A. prefer protein rich diet. take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. you can have all fruit except papaya and all vegetables
