I've not got my periods after delivery and I've thyroid

A. Periods after delivery may occur anytime in between one year and may remain irregular for a few months . no medication is needed for that you just need to maintain good nutrition along with adequate water intake and use proper contraceptive method to avoid unwanted pregnancy .

A. It has got no connection with your thyroid has a lot of women do not get their periods for six months to 1 year and even 18 months to 2 years in a lot of cases this is completely normal you will resume with your period when your body is ready to menstruate again
