I’ve heard a lot about the health benefits of dried cranberries, especially for adding some sweetness to salads and snacks. But I'm skeptical about the added sugars in some brands. Has anyone here found a brand of dried cranberries that’s both tasty and not overloaded with sugar? How do you usually incorporate them into your meals? Looking forward to your suggestions

A. hi mom prefer regular nuts every other day some or the other updates may come realted to food items have soaked local, seasonal fruits and nuts , vegetables

A. I love snacking on nuts, and I've recently heard about flavored options like oregano cashews. If you can get fresh nothing like it and if you’re looking for the frozen ones at the packet ones can you read the ingredients carefully because a lot of brands available in the market which would be difficult to say which is going to be the best one for you to use so you can actually compare the products accordingly you know which one is better
