I used to have a 30 to 40 days cycle. how to identify my ovulation period and how to concieve

A. If you r not certain about it then it would be good for you to check with an ovulation kit from the 10th to the 14th day after your last period date so you have a clear idea about it otherwise you can check with your doctor regarding that they will be able to tell you when you may be ovulating you consult the doctor once
