Q.

i usally have periods in time that is if i had periods on 5th of last month then next month on same date i have, after delivery once periods started i had regular periods without delay but this month its delayed by a week. and i am far from my husband since 3 months. im worried because of delayed periods. please suggest something do that i get periods.

A. please do a upt test. Contraception of proper types you need. regularly use n not missing is important. avoid multiple dose changeWell, this looks ok but avoid self medication. try giving proper diet n don't miss on dose in this.

A. If you are breastfeeding your baby, your periods may not return for several months after childbirth. This is because the hormone that causes you to make milk, prolactin, also stops you from ovulating and having your period. If you are breastfeeding day and night, it can be up to a year before your period returns.
