A. consult your gynecologist for the same.

A. Your Gynecologist will give you the proper guidance regarding this after doing a proper examination and then only some needful advice can be given regarding this . so please consugult your doctor once. Ine general you should take a healthy diet for yourself with plenty of liquids and also get a routidne check up done

A. hi dear You might feel contractions, sometimes called afterpains, during the first few days after the C-section. These contractions — which often resemble menstrual cramps — help prevent excessive bleeding by compressing the blood vessels in the uterus.
