Q.
I started with my periods.. due toh which milk produced is very low. Can u suggest ways to increase lactation

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. age of the baby is only one month probably you were still having the bleeding after delivery there is no relation forever delivery bleeding and lactation take good protein food lot of milk water and vegetables fruits etc

Madam I would just like to tell you simply that periods has got no conne with your lactation so but of course so these two things are not connected but you can have lactation capsules if you want to increase your breastfeeding that’s not a thing but just don’t connect and don’t get confuse with periods and lactogen together
