Q.

Dear Dr, I can't able to breastfeed my baby since my milk supply is very low. And I got my periods within 50 days. Is this normal? Will it affect my milk supply? In what ways can I increase milk supply.

A. Hi mom If ur periods have come, then it will not effect ur breast milk supply. Have shatavari with warm milk twice a day to increase bm. The more u feed the more milk production will be there. Take care and all the best
