i start small bend after 2 week of my c section.no one ia here to help is it makes any problem

Bones gets week after C-section and it is quite normal so you should just continue taking calcium and multivitamin supplements and it is very important to keep your body healthy. You should also maintain a proper diet if you are a lactating mother and add all the nutrition is in your regular diet plan
