Q.

I pump only 3-4 times a day. I have tried eating everything to boost the supply still no improvement.due to personal reasons not able to breast feed and pump regularly. My daughter turns 2 months old in a few days..the baby is on formula totally. Is it suggested to continue pumping only three times ?

A. unless the baby will be sucking at the breast they may not get much production of the milk which is essential in establishing lactation free to feed the baby directly .

A. Make sure you're nursing or pumping at least 8 times a day and have a printable feeding and pumping log on hand to keep careful track of your pumping sessions, your little one's feedings, and other important information to help you stay organized as your breast milk feeding routine changes.
