Q.

I m worried about my baby. She is 5 months old and her immunity is quite weak. Please suggest something mums to build it up.

A. breastfeeding is best for her at this time.Eat well and feed well. That will build immunity. Take nuts, fruits, all veggies, curd, milk, hot soups.

A. See rhe immunity of a five month old child completely depends on the kind of breastfeeding the child is getting so it would be better for you that you continue breastfeeding your child for six months to 1 year and gradually the immunity of your child is going to be better
