I m working women and my son is 4yrs old he is at Daycare when I m in office pls suggest some tips and diet chart for him .

Jasmine KaurTrying To Conceive3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, we'll you ca give aloo roti, Paneer roti make a roll and handover to the child. As the child do not have to share. Also give halwa, Upma with veggies, poha with veggies etc.
