I'm suffering from mild fatty liver problems. I want to know about my food chart. Which is more valuable for my health

A. Hello mam, you should be preferring easy to digest foods, and foods which are mildly flavoured , prefer home cooked foods, have lots of fresh fruits and vegetables which are seasonal, whole grains and cereals , Avoid fried and high fatty foods, also meat etc , Bakery foods, high salty foods also m and even alcohol as well
