On losing weight & fat % , hormones will be better & periods will be regular.
To lose weight, you can
1. Avoid fried,. bakery. junk, sugary, foods.
2. Include lot of Sprout, curd, egg whites, pulses, skim milk, low fat paneer Dal's , vegetables fruits nuts in daily diet.
3. exercise daily for 1 hour atleast

For irregularity of periods u need to take proper medication to get the regular periods.
For weight loss, start with the exercise. Do yoga. Surya namaskar aasan will help u to shed extra kilos from your body. U can also do jogging cycling, aerobics etc to reduce weight
