I m suffering from hair loss since 20 days m mother of 3 months old baby and also taking shelcal and iron tablets daily please help me out

A. that's because of hormonal changes. Eating healthy and right is very important after pregnancy. It helps keep your hair healthy too. Avoid stress. Use wide teeth comb, Have plenty of fluids. Take protien rich diet. (sprouts, paneer, soyabean, lentils, tofu).
