I'm new mom i lose my breast milk how I increase my breast milk I am so stressed please help

A. you can use Garlic , Soak one tablespoon of fenugreek seeds in one cup of water overnight and drink. fennel seeds or cumin powder Mix with one tsp of sugar in a glass of warm water and drink it .Make a healthy salad or juice of carrots and beetroots and add green vegetables in your diet. this will help you to increase the supply of breast milk.
