Q.

I'm mother of 6 months old baby girl..my milk supply to baby is low now..what kind of diet should I follow to produce more milk.. what kind of solid foods can I give?

You should have more of protein and fibre-based diet you should also a good amount of liquid on an every day basis that is mandatory for you along with that I would like to tell you for your child also you can start with proper semisolid food as of now where in you can go ahead with giving proper Dal and rice water followed by porridge khichadi mashed banana mashed potato or kind of fruits and vegetables can also be given to the childWrite Your Answer Here
