Start doing some skin toning exercises like squats, brisk walking, cycling, breathing and Yogasanas to reduce weight and restrict intake of sugar, rice, fried and psckaged foods.
Massage scalp with any mild oil like coconut, olive or almond oil twice a week and wash off with sulphate free shampoo. Do not comb wet hair and do not use chemical and heat treatments on hair. Applying onion juice once a week will help too.
