That’s actually very early for you to have this kind of a feeling that usually happens by the timer 5 to 6 months when the body becomes big you know and you have more of weight and every thing but right now I think it is more because of too much of heat in the weather so try to have good amount of liquid and fluid take proper rest and if needed please consult your gynaecologist
