My baby is 3 months 1 week old and now I m facing extreme Hairfall .is it beneficial to take multivitamin tablets ?

Multivitamin it’s very important that you take Iron because it usually happens due to deficiency of iron along with that I would also recommend you to apply onion coconut oil into the head three times in the week at least because postpartum hair fall is very common and also have omega three supplements if you want
