I'm in 29th week of pregnancy and my hemoglobin range is 7•9 is it considered serious how should I increase my hemoglobin levels with in a month

A. Actually you are maintaining the average amount of haemoglobin and it is less only so you should ask your doctor if you can get Iron vaccination done because it really helps a lot boosting the iron level apart from that have good amount of P2 and Grannite every day and also you should take iron supplements these things are going to help a lot
