Q.

I m having fissures prblm before delivery and after delivery they came back.i m using ointment and stool softener daily.still I m facing pain and bleeding while gng to motion.how to cure this how many days it will take to cure

A. good morning I would recommend you to try home remedies to get rid of this problem you should try to have lots of liquid diet and fibrous food lots of seasonal fruits you can have vegetable soup
