Mam I got delivered in the month of December.its been 3months now.i m suffering from anal fissures after delivery till now.how can I get cured? I m daily using stool softener , pileum ointmnet in the mrng and diltizipam 2% in night.even I m facing pain and little bleeding.how can get overcome dis?

A. you need treatment, surgery. you have to do a few more tests and a scan after a local doctor advice for proper treatmentIn such cases you can talk to a doctor and get some blood tests done to reach to a conclusion
