A. 1. Levocetirizine and Montelukast are two different medications often used in combination to relieve symptoms of allergies, such as a runny nose, sneezing, itching, and watery eyes. They're generally considered safe for use during breastfeeding, but always consult with your doctor before starting any medication. 2. Paracetamol is known to be safe for use during breastfeeding at standard doses. It is routinely recommended by healthcare providers postpartum for pain and fever. However, each individual's health condition, history, and reactions to medication can vary, and the medication prescribed or suggested can depend upon the overall clinical picture. Always talk to a healthcare provider before starting or changing medications, to make sure the benefits of the medication outweigh the risks. Furthermore, if your symptoms persist or worsen, seek immediate medical attention.

A. Hello dear parent, I would suggest you to take rest and take paracetamol as you might be feverish. Paracetamol is considered safe for breastfeeding mom's. Also eat right and healthy. Consult your doctor for other medicine. Good luck and take care
