I'm having 10 months baby boy with c section....I'm facing anxiety, panic attacks and stress from February onwards....just want to know is it common after delivery or should I seek a doctor???

A. hi mom u should consult with the psychiatrist for detailed history and examination as it need proper evaluation and treatment .. it is not normal .. do meditation yoga ..
