Manali K MehtaMom of a 9 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi parent You may take home steam using machine . Keep sniffing garlic pods or onion piece . Keep a bowl full of chopped onion near your bed approx two feet far overnight. Take couple of spoons of lukewarm water every half an hour in the daytime. Dont use RO water,and tough to digest food.
