I m diabetic mother. which lactation granules should I use please prescribe

A. You can have Shatavari powder I don’t think so it would be a st during this time but still since you are mentioning that you have an issue you please check with your doctor gynaecologist can advise you the best if you need to have anything sugar free also if it is available to be consumed
