Q.

I’m currently three months postpartum, and my breast milk supply is reducing day by day. It started decreasing around two months postpartum. Even though I drink plenty of water, stay stress-free, eat protein-rich and lactation-boosting foods, take Shatavari powder, and pump regularly, there's been no improvement. My baby's latching is perfect, but she still gets only a small amount of milk and cries after a few minutes of feeding. When I pump, I get only about 30 ml of milk. Because of this, I’ve started giving formula to my baby. Why is my milk supply decreasing despite all these efforts? And what can I do to increase it again?

A. Mam sometimes what happens is initially when you start feeding the feed is very good but sometimes the feed naturally reduces on its own only despite of all the efforts to make feeding naturally and then later despite of all the efforts nothing can be done
