I’m breastfeeding mthr meri 12Oct2020 ko c-section delivery hoyi thi.mera weight 59kg hai aur tummy extra hi dikhta hai pls main kya kru??????

A. Hi mom To reduce ur tummy, start with the exercise only if ur stitches have been healed and there is no pain in them. Do yoga. Surya namaskar aasan, prnayaam, bhujang aasan will help u to reduce your belly fat. Drink lukewarm water with lemon and honey in the morning empty stomach to burn fat. Avoid high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food.
