I m breastfeeding mom . my kid is 18 month .but still I m not losing weight

A. Hello mom loosing weight after delivery is slightly difficult at times but don’t loose hope and patients all will be fine . You have to get yourself involved in some sort of physical exercise for atleast 30 to 45 mins daily and also avoid foods such as refined, processed and sugary foods
