It is that healthy you cannot even understand without knowing about it it is that healthy for you so if your doctor or an Ayurvedic expert has advised you to take it please take it it is not going to have an effect on your lactation or your child in fact it is going to be good for boosting strength energy and meeting the need of supplements in the body
