I’m a new mom of 6 weeks. I had c section delivery. When I’m walking my back bone is making sound. What should I do for recovering it and will it cause any serious effect ?

A. oh in yhid thos case better to see an orthopedic doctor abd fo not kerp lying in the bed as that eill not help you. try to take calcium n vitamin D
