I have completed 7months of c section delivery. I m a lactic mother. from past five months I m not having periods.And I m gaining weight.

A. Once period returns it may be irregular during lactation. It's also possible to skip a period or see the first period return and then find that months pass before the next one if observe other changes consult doctor weight gain is related to diet and lifestyle which will have to be accordingly modified

A. So if you have never had your period throughout your delivery time then that’s normal a lot of women do not get their periods for a very long time after their delivery so you will get them when your body is ready for it so that’s not a problem and you gaining weight because your eating well because you’re feeling well all these things are very well connected later want to quit breastfeeding the child you can go ahead with proper exercising in dieting to lose on to your weight and if you are gaining it obnoxiously then you should get a thyroid test done
