I’m a mother of two children’s, How to increase stamina or to boost my immune system to get back my strength

A. dear mom. do daily have women's Horlicks or other protein powder daily with milk. take well balanced diet including all five healthy food groups: vegetables, fruit, grain foods, dairy and protein.amd ple ty of fluids
