I'm a mother of 3 months old girl child I'm breast feeding her from 5 days she is not drinking my milk properly she is drinking only one side and that too not completely and I saw a gummy layers in her poop.. but no pain in her stomach can you plz reply

Small babies stool frequency varies as they grows.
They may pass stool once in 10 days ,or may pass 10 to 15 times a day in small quantities, golden yellow in colour froothy in nature.so nothing to worry till it associate with abdominal distension, lethargy.

It Could be a possibility that the feeling that you have is not good enough for the child so I’m just going to advise you to be on the safer side try giving Top feeding and see if that is sufficient for the child because a lot of times we do have good quantity to feed to the child but quality is not that good so you definitely need to put a check to that and
