but if there is sudden increasing pain then you will have to rule out local infection which might be present at the incision site. it is advisable to meet the doctor and apply any local antibacterial cream if there is any discharge from the incision site.
you can take tablet paracetamol 650 mg for pain has well has fever.
kindly see that you are not suffering from any nutritional deficiency like iron folic acid calcium vitamin d and vitamin b12 and take supplements accordingly if there is deficiency.
you should have a proper sitting posture as well as sleeping posture which will help in decxreasing the pain.
for simple pain you can take paracetamol as well as you can take physixotherapy.
meet your doctor if it is not improving.
advisable to take seasonal fruits and vegetables.
