After normal delivery there should be a gap of minimum one year before you conceive for the 2nd pregnancy and after c-section there should be a minimum gap of 1.5 to 2 years so that there are less risk factors in your 2nd pregnancy

See I’ll tell you the problem with C-section is that the internal stitches take good time to heal now it’s only seven months and you’re pregnant again now the body will start stretching and the stitches will not heal completely which is why with the C-section moment it is not advisable to have another pregnancy for at least two years minimum rest before you take any decision get a check up done and ask your doctor let’s see what she says
