drink milk 2-3 times.
eat healthy meals.
avoid stress.
take sunbath every morning for half an hour

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, you should consume healthy diet only. Do not think of eating butter cheese just to gain weight or look plump.
You just try and stay fit by eating eating green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits. Enjoy junk food once in week. Drink veg soup and fresh fruit juice. Etc.
Drink milk,you can take full cream milk as well.
