Q.

#AskTheExpert I m a mother of 1.5 yrs baby girl ..I have lost around 12 kgs weight ... getting skinny day by day..I m breastfeeding my child till now...have an good appetite..& try to take enough food to keep myself healthy..but of no use...not gaining weight anyhow..had thyroid during pregnancy..results were of hypothyroidism..plz help what to do..

A. Hi, since your baby is 1.5 years you can stop breastfeeding slowly. start with walking and yoga. Yoga is a best practice to keep yourself fit post delivery. Do not do heavy exercise. have five meals in a day. Take adequate liquid and keep yourself hydrated. Take adequate rest.Write Your Answer Here
