Q.

I m a father of 1yr 9 months old Baby girl and my issue is that her shoulder or elbow joint dislocates very often and she does not want to eat solid food. Kindly suggest me how to overcome these issues.

A. Hi mom Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements Give healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products Maintain hydration Maintain hygiene Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
