I'm a c- section mother can we eat ayurveda legiyam given by government for mother's Name as a "Sowbhagya sundi legiyam"

A. yes you can have it. Take high protein contain food like- Milk and ghee and, grains, oatmeals, cereals, pulses, dry fruit, fresh fruits, vegetables, like methi, carrot, garlic, Bottle Gourds, beetroot, spinach. Whole Grains Sprouts, spices like Cumin Seeds, Poppy Seeds and Fennel Seed, Fenugreek Seeds. And lots of fluids including juice, souos, coconut water, plain water
