I'm a c sec mom...can I bath in normal water...or must in hot water

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom avoid cold water you can have bath instead with warm water .. that is much. A better option , as it also helps you to ease your body , also massages would be helpful
