Q.

i m a breastfeeding mother of 5 month old baby ..my periods started regularly aftr the c-section ...it was normal..bt my mentrual date was on 28 may and m nt gettin it till nw .. it's nw more thn a month ..i took the pregnancy test and it came out negative....what should i do?? should i wait fr my periods or should i visit doc?

A. nothing. breastfeeding phase is like this. best is to use a good contraception and wait fir weaning as after that it will get okThen you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workout

A. hi mom. it is completely normal for a breastfeeding mum to have irregular periods and nothing to worry regarding this as it can be delayed also it can come early once you start with your periods after your delivery. just have lots of water and healthy food and also use the family planning method as there are high chances of conceiving during this time
